National Guard facility-M109 Paladin self propelled artillery (The M109 is an American 155mm self-propelled howitzer, first introduced in the early 1960s. It was upgraded a number of times to today's M109A6 Paladin. The M109 family is the most common Western indirect-fire support weapon of maneuver brigades of armored and mechanized infantry divisions. The M109 has a crew of six: the section chief, the driver, the gunner, the assistant gunner and two ammunition handlers. The gunner aims the cannon left or right (deflection), the assistant gunner aims the cannon up and down (quadrant). The M109A6 Paladin needs only a crew of four: the commander, driver, gunner and ammunition loader.)

One of Washigton's earliest wineries (Walla Walla Vintners is one of Washington State’s most revered wineries, started by pioneering winemakers Myles Anderson and Gordy Venneri. One of the state’s first wineries, Walla Walla Vintners continues their limited production of award winning red wines, widely regarded as consistently high quality at prices below many of their peers. The winery, in the shadow of the Blue Mountains is one of the most picturesque in the state. It reflects Gordy, Myles and their tight knit team’s commitment to sustainable wine-making, environmental values and a love of the beautiful place they live. Since the beginning their focus remains squarely on their customers – treating them as friends who are always welcome at the winery and there is never a charge for tastings.)

Dunham Cellars, housed in a WW II vintage airplane hanger. (Housed in a WW II vintage airplane hanger, Dunham offers winery tours and delicious multi-course dinners with wine pairings in this uniquely decorated area.Using grapes from some of the finest vineyards in the Walla Walla, Yakima and Columbia Valleys, Dunham Cellars has established an award-winning reputation for their wines. When Eric Dunham's first vintage, a 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon was released, it was deemed one of the finest wines made in Washington by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Subsequent vintages and varietals have also earned high marks with both wine writers and consumers. Eric shows his artistic side by creating original artworks for all of Dunham Cellars vineyard designated and special bottlings.)
Dunham Cellars-Enjoying a few tastings before touring the winery (The winery makes its home in a rustic, remodeled World War II era airplane hangar in Walla Walla, and the future looks promising for Dunham Cellars. The family-owned winery continues to increase production and wine varietals, and has planted estate vineyards in prime locations around the Walla Walla Valley Appellation. Dunham wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Trutina (a Bordeaux style blend), Three Legged Red (a red table wine) and the "Shirley Mays" Chardonnay, which is dedicated to Eric's grandmother. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this wine are donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to help fund the fight against breast cancer.)
